The first was probably one of his sillier encounters: a wild Kirlia had gotten his hands on an eggant berry, eating it without being aware of what the berry did. He was consumed with infatuation, and immediately became attached to the first Pokemon he saw: a Hatterene.

Unfortunately for the small paramour, Hideo's Hatterene hadn't been in the best mood that day. Hideo hadn't been in the best mood after the whole group meeting with those amulet users, and she could sense it whether she wanted to or not. She opted not to force Hideo to stop, instead taking some time away from him, outside the treehouse.

So once she sensed that strong desire, she found something she could blow some steam off on. The poor Kirlia didn't stand a chance against the Hatterene's pent-up wrath.

Perhaps the Kirlia learned to be more careful with what berries he ate. Or to not try and hit on visibly-angry Pokemon.

The second one, Hideo was present for.

It was one of the days Hideo chose to explore the area around the treehouse. It was still a fairly new environment in Hoenn, and his Pokemon were more than adept at helping him avoid any patrols that were wandering about; Rocket still seemed to be around here, though Hideo counted himself fortunate he'd yet to personally encounter any Rocket members.

Though he had encountered a good number of Pokemon around here - by themselves, of course. It was still a wonder that so many Pokemon were here, despite it only popping up recently.

One such encounter involved a Cradily that saw fit to harass Hideo when it saw him take a drink of water from his water bottle. Hideo's Seismitoad didn't take kindly to its behavior, but it absorbed her Hydro Pump without issue.

However, and engorged Pokemon was an easy target for a Drain Punch. Perhaps she just had some steam to blow off after losing to a Cradily in the Hoenn Star Tournament with the same ability, but whatever the case, it was an easy catch for Hideo.
